Over the road company drivers and owner operators as well as drivers local to our terminal in Burns Harbor, IN.
Starting Percentages: Flatbed Fleet – 28% Specialized Fleet – 30% Superload Fleet – 32%
Company receive a full benefits package including retirement plan, $45 a month cell phone allowance (FREE MONEY), ability to develop your skills and grow your pay, late model Western Star tractors.
Owner Operators experience non forced dispatch, customer direct freight, internal company load board, and the comfort of working with a consistent carrier who has been in business since 1964.
Local drivers receive hourly pay and goes to percentage if the load takes the truck 150 miles away from our terminal in Burns Harbor, IN.
