Client Relations Coordinator

Are you a sales professional who has yet to experience the freedom and independence of using your skill set to its full potential? As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will independently generate, cultivate and manage the commerce which is the lifeblood of our organization. You will keep a keen eye on the market, staying aware of rapidly changing variables which may impact freight movement and reacting accordingly in order to maintain revenues at or above company goals. Along with the tools we provide, you will engage your sense of determination and professionalism; your service insticts and attention to detail; and ensure safe, on-time delivery with every move. Your ability to efficiently and effectively keep the fleet loaded, through the confidence you instill, will serve as a catalyst to launch T-U to new heights!

Specialized Logistics Collaborator

Our strategy of constant improvement, wich includes the addition of outstanding individuals to our Logistics Department, is set to propel us even further in 2016 and beyond. In the face of a shrinking workforce, this department will be an ever-increasing key to our continued growth.

As a Specialized Logistics Collaborator, you will foster lasting relationships with our carrier partners through a high level of professionalism and unparalleled customer service. These same skills, along with your goal-minded persistence, will, also, be utilized to connect with new partners, increasing T-U's capacity to serve. Your keen attention to detail will ensure pinpoint accuracy of data entry, improving the efficiency and output of your department. Within 18 months, other T-U departments will look to your success, and the effectiveness of the entire Logistics Department, as a shining example of precision, accountability and teamwork!

You will independently complete the recruitment process from first contact to orientation, cultivating relationships which, through consistant messaging and action, will increase driver engagement and reduce turnover. Your ability to improve the department's efficiency, accurately define and react to successes and failures, and create innovative approaches to overcoming obstacles will lay a solid foundation upon which the organization can continue to grow and prosper!
