Driver Recruitment and Retention Officer

As the Driver Recruitment and Retention Officer, you will connect with the highest quality drivers, providing a clear picture of what it means to drive for T-U. You will independently complete the recruitment process from first contact to orientation, cultivating relationships which, through consistent messaging and action, will increase driver engagement and reduce turnover. Your ability to improve the department's efficiency, accurately define and react to successes and failures, and create innovative approaches to overcoming obstacles will lay a solid foundation upon which the organization can continue to grow and prosper!
